The Milky Way in Scorpius

Tons of stuff here as well.  The most prominent feature is the complex of large dark nebulae, including the Pipe Nebula, in the center of the picture.  The dark nebula is often referred to as the Galactic Horseman or Cowboy, seen looking from the direction of the bright yellow star Antares.  Under dark skies like at the Texas Star Party this dark nebulae region is very apparent to the naked eye in the midst of the bright surrounding of the Milky Way.
